Whether it's sport or generally in life, have you ever wondered how to help your child handle winning, or losing or pressure of some sort? Life is full of pressures and stresses that for children are magnified ten fold. Have they ever really liked something only to give it up because suddenly they didn't do well, or lost or game. Or did they suddenly become aggressive or ultra competitive after winning?
To help you help your child to get through this, Sacha Appleton Tennis Academy, in association with ISOP (The International School of Paphos), is organising a seminar to help you.
It is open to everyone. You don't need to have children at ISOP
It will be presented by Elena Avraam, BASES and AASP accredited Sports Psychologist, who has worked with AEL football team and various Welsh National Teams (including Tennis, Squash, Volleyball, Football).
If you have children of any age who take part in any sport or if you coach children, it shouldn't be missed. It will cover:
- the parent/coach relationship - how to help your child thrive under pressure - how to help your child handle winning and losing
